We took our Wildhorse IPA recipe and replaced the modern hops with local “heritage“ hops that have been growing on local homesteads for over a hundred years to create this pale ale.

We took our hefeweizen recipe and juiced it up with fresh hand picked local huckleberries for a little taste of the wild. The combination of the berries blended with the wheat create a smooth beer with a perfect balance of tart and sweetness. This huckleberry wheat is just the thing to help you have a time well spent watching Summer blend into Fall.
Jack And Dort
The Gnome came up with his take on a Dortmunder Ale to honor his parents Jack and Doris (aka Dort). This beer has a medium hop character and firm but low malt sweetness.
Red Beard’s Booty
This red IPA with a little “X“tra combines the maltiness of a red with the aroma of a dry hopped IPA. It is crisp with a rich copper color with hints of apples, pears, and tropical fruits. The malty backbone that supports this smooth, medium bodied ale creates a balanced finish.

Brewed with and created for The Harney Taco food cart based in Burns, Oregon in the summer of 2019 this highly palatable beer also gets a little heat from a addition of quajillo peppers.
